Mend the Silence
Steady is the crashing waves
That penetrate the unseen eye
Steady is the endless caves
That obliterate the forbidden sky.
To be lost is to be whole
As you find yourself within
And to be steady is to be slow
As you escape the precious sin.
Create a fire from your thoughts
And burn the ugly ground.
In pieces, destroy those who fought
And unmask the silent sound.
To be slow is to be broken
As you mend the lovely pieces
Of your troubled mind unspoken
Through these terribly dark creases.
