The tree hit the ground with a smack!
The bat hit the ball with a thwack!
The plane collided with a boom!
Oh when will it end, hopefully soon!
It rattles the ears and hurts the brain
It all is made like the slight patter of rain
When will it end, When will it stop?
I sit reading a book, until I hear a pop!
I deserve peace and quiet
Why annoy me and make a riot
Oh I will rejoice on the day
When I lose my ears and go without pay!
