So many times I wish I'd said-
[Too many tears had all been shed,
And every night I'm in my bed
Looking back at you;
Wishing I'd known what to do]
-Three little words that must ring true.
So many times I wish I'd phoned-
Called when I walked out- all alone,
Let my smile maybe have shown
Deafening out the gloom.
Wishing I'd known what to do.

I love you.
So many times I wish I'd stared
Into your eyes- told you I cared.
But did you know that I was scared
of what you'd-
