Under the Surface

I'm in a void floating through.
Easily flying in the crystal blue.
Hair swirling around my face.
Swimming away with ease and grace.
Being underwater feels like a whole other place.
It feels like being in a quiet empty space.
But so soon will have to leave this world I love,
Needing the refreshing clear air above.
