She Looks At the Toilet
She looks at the toilet,
her stomach turns,
glances at herself in the mirror,
and looks away; her eyes burn.
She feels the food in her stomach,
and falls to her knees.
Saying a silent prayer,
hoping God will hear her pleas.
"I don't want to do this anymore,"
she croaks,
while sticking her finger down her throat.
The food comes up so easily,
but it's not alone.
A pool of blood comes,
and she tries not to moan.
She stands up,
and turns off the sink,
"I'm so fat,"
she can't help but think.
