What is Love?

Love sees no color,
Love sees no gender.
It sweeps you off your grounded feet,
It lands you where you heart must beat.
It often confuses, but never mistakes,
& is most definitely never a piece of cake.
It may bring you here, and may bring you there…
but has the best intentions, because it cares.
It plays hide and seek with your heart, while it picks you apart.
& before you know it, it’s a piece of art.
