The One To Blame
It wasn't you, it was me
A rather cliché line
But the thing that makes me sad
Is that's its true this time.
I didn't mean to hurt you
Or ever make you cry
I didn't expect it to end this way
And maybe I should just die
I'm the one the blame
Not you or anyone else
I can't believe this outcome
Or the things that I have done
I hope, that some day
Some different, other time
You will be able to forgive me
And this horror I have done
So please, no hard feelings?
I know it's ridiculous to ask
I feel like a fool
Burdening you with this impossible task
So maybe one day
When all this is done
I hope you realize
That I'm the one to place blame upon.
