I ASKED the professors who teach the meaning of life to tell

me what is happiness.
And I went to famous executives who boss the work of

thousands of men.
They all shook their heads and gave me a smile as though

I was trying to fool with them
And then one Sunday afternoon I wandered out along

the Desplaines river
And I saw a crowd of Hungarians under the trees with

their women and children and a keg of beer and an

accordion.

My Model of "Happiness"

One day I asked myself,

"What is true beauty?"
I wandered around outside a park,

Searching for an answer.
I saw a gorgeous woman,

In a silky white dress.
I saw a wealthy man,

Buying some pure diamonds.
And lastly, I saw a small child,

Being comforted by a boy.
Looking around, realization hit me.

A truly beautiful person in no
a beautiful woman,

Or a rich man.
It is the person patching up a child's

scraped knee,
the person who goes out of his way,

to help,
the person who makes life

brighter.
It is a person who is beautiful,

inside and out.
