Hope

It comes to me

It comes so fast

Seems to be just like the past

It seems to be so unchanged

Though completely rearranged

Within our reach

But not our grasp

Seems to always make us gasp

Like a cloud in the sky

It appears to always fade goodbye

Though sometimes lost and never found

It seems to always be around

Though you can feel but never touch

No one ever asks for such

They only ask to feel its power

When they are in their needful hour

When we have it sadness will flee

And our doubts, soon it will seize

And soon we find ourselves at ease

It comes with hard ships

It’s with us all

We wish to find it before we fall

Hope

For such simple words, the whole poem just flows so easily. Sometimes when you read poems they can feel pushed or forced but yours seemed so natural. Great message too-it is so true. Great job!

Hope, in great 'amounts'...

It can kill, really :P

I really liked this poem, very simple . Yet, it put your point across with such ease .
