Exploding Gas Tank
My dad had a gas tank explode on him.
Cutting a gas tank from a car is bad.
In Mitchel, South Dakota this occurred.
We then had bandages placed on his arms.
My dad then drove himself to Watertown, SD.
His own parents wouldn’t even drive him.
My dad tried to hide his arms from my mom.
The bandages had to be changed each night.
My dad went to a skin doctor he knew.
The doctor then removed his bandages.
He then had to scrape off all of his scabs.
The doctor scraped off either skin or scabs,
I cannot remember which one it was.
The doctor recommended that my dad,
Should go to see a certain specialist.
He was given some magnets by a friend.
The magnets were supposed to help his arms.
My dad continued to work on some cars.
He even did this with the bandages.
His arms began to heal extremely well.
And now you couldn’t even tell they were
Burned.
