The war of this world
This way we call hate
The hate of each other
Each other’s fate

When will it end?

A poor homeless boy lay out on the street
Cold and sickly with nothing to eat

When will it end?

A lonely young bride covered with tears
Or a soldier who’s been away from his family for years

When will it end?

A trash covered walkway
And a polluted filled air
A stray on the street
Longing for care

When will it end?

But where is the love
When we need it all
Where is the peace
Or a comforting call
We need it now more then ever
Now is the time
We should all try to live it
and be a little more kind
