I once wanted to be wild,
Like the flowes blossoming a minute a mile.
To be like the bird, set and free,
Or the squirrel out of the tree.

To be wild is just my dream ,
Just like the stars when they gleam.
To be like the deer galloping away,
Or like the turtle knowing everthing's okay.

Maybe be like the flying bee,
Or just a little jumping flea.
Like the snow as it falls,
Or the bear when it calls.

I learned that being wild,
Is just a little mild.
But everyone can be wild,
But that only happens once a mile.

I'm not exactly sure how I got inspiration for this poem. All I know is that it popped in my head and I thought it was cute. I hope you like it too.
