I guess I'll just keep sitting here
Playing stone with my face
Your words may be meant to be harmless
(As harmless as a killer jellyfish)
But I know otherwise.
Halleujah, I guess I'm alive.
Faking tears while trying to muster
A laugh in my empty chest
Pretending to feel a ture emotion
That bleeds red tears on my cheeks.
Halleujah, I guess.
Cadavers dance mocking circles
Around the red second hand
Of the creeping clock on a distant wall
And you're still laughing
And I'm still sitting.
Halleujah.
