The sun gets up in the East
and it goes to bed in the West
shining bright as daylight
leaving us just for night

it'll come back eventually
to smile proud at us again
say goodbye to the listening sight
and say hello to twilight

the sky is darker than navy blue
and the moon is comforting me
falling into dark hands very deep
I'm out like a light and asleep

I travel to the worlds in a flash
there feels like forever and eternity
have murderous nightmare and sweet dreams
then awake to the joyful light beams

I was looking at the sunset one night and I had a poem writing assignment to do so I decided to write a poem about it and it turned out really well-but theres also a secret meaning to it.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's about learning to dance in the rain.
