What is the meaning of life? -- To live ( Mr.Swigart- Bio Teacher)

I’ve got an essay to write
The sources to cite
The problem to solve
The solute to dissolve
Then the notes to take
The flash cards to make
I got a speech due today
The idea to convey
I’ve got 50 words to define
The paper to outline
The upcoming test
I gotta do the best
Then the project to finish
And this post to publish.

Fall on me, covers
Warm me up, please
Sing softly, music
And close my eyes again.

Sleep, take me from here
To the land of dreams
Cradle me gently through the night
So I can rest again.

Don’t wake me, buzzer
Give more time to me
To lay on this pillow
And from work flee

Sleep, dreams, comfy bed
Pillows, covers, pj’s and warmth
Bright stars, Dark sky
You’re my only escape from this work

i had to write this for school and everyone seemed to like. I'm in IB so that's the why the name is IB work but I feel this poem can relate to anyone who has a busy school life style.
