She’s not who you think
She’s not who you think
She hides herself behind these walls,
Her happiness hidden by darkness,
Her scars hidden under her sleeves.
She’s not who she seems,
She wears a mask,
To cover her true self.
She lets no one in
Speak no words,
Lips sealed,
Smile hidden.
She wears her heart one her sleeve,
Her pain hidden within her heart.
She’s not one to show emotion.
She’s a guessing game,
But unable to find the answer.
She speaks of no problems,
No disappointments.
She has no goals,
No dreams,
No future.
Some say she’s cold,
Some say she’s in for a wake up call.
I say she’s scared of getting hurt.
What do you say?
