A Lost Reality
Maybe this isn’t what I really wanted.
Maybe this whole thing is just a dream.
A lost reality.
A cold blooded dream.
That’s waiting anxiously below the surface of my skin
For the right opportune moment to jump out
And take control of this veracity.
I want to run home.
To the place where I can feel the safest.
In the arms of someone whom I love the most
Myself.
The only person who understands what I’m going through.
The only person who can commit
Itself to being there for me through an endless ride of terror.
Just maybe.
Only myself will I stand tall for.
