In The Meadow

Standing in a meadow,
The world so far away,
Light, chase away my shadows,
Make my night to day,
Lay down amongst the flowers,
Seeing purple, blue, and red,
I'll stay here for hours,
Maybe until I'm dead,
In the meadow I'll find my peace,
Instead of in the world,
Because in the meadow I'm a breeze,
In the world I'm just a girl,
You'll never find your fate,
Though, sitting in a meadow,
You can't just sit and wait,
Because sooner or later, you'll have to face your shadows...
