As tempers flare
and words slash out
emotions of thought love
are thrust away
as realization takes place of kindred soul
and darkened hands choke kings of fools;
hearts crack at center core...
never to be together,
as ocean tides wash over droughts
and greedy beggars take to self
what thought love was said to give
forever-more lost...
the sustance of life.
