My hearts in the game

To let go of something you never really had is harder than it looks,
its like a fairytale, so unreal, found in books,
not knowing what tommorow holds, but wishing for the best,
hoping its better than today, this mess,
loves a challenge and my hearts in the game,
they break your heart, and show no mercy, nor shame,
but im strong, and Ill make it through,
because lifes slowly gettting better without you,
Ive got my friends, and my family and Im leaving my feelings on the line,
as Im walking alone, Im leaving you behind.
