Eyes from across the room,
Gazing into my own,
Sudden silece sweeps the hall,
Soft smiles exchanged to one another,
What could this be?
A new friend,
A new love,
or a new life.
Walking to meet each other,
Sweaty palms and nail biting,
They look up,
You look up,
and this longest moment ends,
with both of you looking into each others eyes,
and saying,
"Hi."
