A Sunday Road
Looking out a scene of perfection
Mountains, trees, grass
The sun just barely touching the horizon
I suddenly stop
A low rumbling
At fist it sounds like thunder but it isn’t
It is a loud large car
As the car passes the scenery changes
The beautiful trees wilt and die
The mountains get covered with haze and leave sight
The complete setting goes from green to gray
I see what is happening
With growing technologies nature is lost
The country road is like so many before it
Destroyed by man
