I’ve forgotten again
I don’t know how to write
I don’t know how to do it,
To fight the blackness of this night
I’m sick of this ride
Never ending ups and downs
The smiles and cheers have stopped
And all I see are frowns
I want to get off
Now I just feel sick
My head won’t stop spinning
This isn’t the ride I would pick
It was fun at the start
Now all the children are crying
They want to get off
They’ve given up on trying
It doesn’t seem worth it
We’ve fought such a fight
But what would we be without it?
Nothing would be right.
If we got off now
We’d fall onto the floor
Sick and in a mess
We couldn’t fight anymore
We wouldn’t know where to go
We’d all turn insane
