Life is a well traveled road,
Which, with all it's imperfections, will be hard I'm told.
It's hills are not paved, it's forests are not tame,
It's mountains are steep, it's pathways, the same.
Though some of us think, there's an easy way through,
There's no short-cut through life, the path that's given will have to do.
Though through all this, you'll think it was worth it,
When you look back at the end, and say "my life wasn't perfect."
