Mother and Son
Far away in the distance of this photograph,
A hot, Lazy haze lies on the ancient Tuscan hills.
Below thousands of red tile roofs
And cracked stucco walls,
Cramp hundreds of bustling tourists,
Swarming the gelato shops.
But up here, the only thing bustling is the wind,
Sweeping sweaty hair across two smiling faces.
They have traveled many thousands of miles.
Mother and Son,
Bonded by respect and Love.
