Freedom
I met a little birdie
And i asked him for his name
I asked him, again and again,
'Why do you play this silly game?
From the sky you fly
And sit up in my tree
I take a step to see up close
And you fly away from me
I just want to admire you
Love you and adore you
And maybe some day
Join you in the blue'
You laugh out loud
And say,'Oh you silly girl,
You could never be a part of my world'
You fly away so gracefully
And i just sit and stare
You left so soon
I'm all alone
Do you even care?
When you return
Your not the same
And still you play your silly game
You look at me and still dont see
The love, for you, i carry
So i say,' Todays the day,
I'll make it on my own
I have to go, to get away
I must leave you alone'
