The Abduction of the Mindless
Where once lied a king, Now lies a rebel, but "why" remains retorical. We sing while we slotter and bruise without heal, Force an opinion on that which was real, Complicate the innocent and they begin to steal, Throw a smile on the face of a clown, Painted on so face underneath may frown. Blood is begging the skin to break, As you breath without thinking every second it takes, Just scratch your head and go to bed, meaningless routine awaits, So pay your taxes as I gather my axes, My words could destroy you all, It doesnt hurt if you never knew, open your eyes and question whats true.
