The one that will express my true feelings.

The one that will tell how my hearts in pieces that can't mend.
The poem that will tell him he was my only true friend.

The poem where the hidden tears I cried are discovered.
The one in which the mask I hide behind is uncovered.

The one that explains why I never got any sleep at night.
I never knew who he slept next to or who he held tight.

The poem where he lost my trust when he told his first lie.
Everytime he spoke he couldn't look me straight in the eye.

The one I swear never to let him read
It was never written for him to see.
