I told you not to say forever, because I knew it wouldn’t last.
You said you were different than the boys from the past.
Apparently you lied.
Should I really be surprised?
I told you not to lie to me.
But now a liar is what you’ll be.
In my mind.
For the rest of all time.
So that’s the way it always happens.
My heart breaks, and then it’s mended
By another like you.
And then there were two.
