If I Lost You, I'd Lose Myself

I don't want to live in worry,
in fear,
that one day I'll awaken
and you won't be here.
It's a constant struggle,
and I'll never be all right.
Without knowing how you're doing,
I can barely sleep at night.
You're the best friend that completes my life,
the one that sticks close by my side.
I wouldn't be able to live with myself if something happened-
if you died.
