The rhythm of my words is my heats beat
I try to put my soul in words but end in defeat
Wanting the wars in my head to stop
Feeling everyone’s sprit drop
Tears falling into the ocean of despair
The world losing sight of kindness, starting not to care
Regret and pain fill their eyes
Hearts and souls made up of lies
Why won’t this violence end?
No ones wounds will ever mend…
