Better without a title.
I'll swallow my pride
and stutter my words
punish my heart
for letting you be hers
A toast to the nights we almost had
for reminiscing on memories with no past
For every second chance that changed its mind on me
for every fight we had and never begged you not to leave
i let you walk away , and left your heart to break
i never took you back or any of my hearts mistakes
i'll try to remember when i once had your heart
Because i can't seem to figure out how we got to where we are
my words are so ineffective, yet carefully selected
I entertained myself with your heart running scared
you were such a fool to think i would ever play fair
for i made your heart dance and sing
you should have known messing with me
would become such a dangerous thing
