My Cat
Angus. My cat. Black like silence, rotund and merry like Santa Claus. Curled up on the couch like a black sock that forgot to be folded with the rest of the laundry. Wavy whiskers extend majestically from the corners of his smile. Angus's eyes, chartreuse, amber orbs- glistening with contentment and calm.
His purr, constant like the waves of the ocean, the gentle hum of the washing machine on Sunday morning.
