the bathroom floor
there i was on the bathroom floor
lying there, blade in hand
begging, pleading for more
the blood drips out of me
every last bit striking the linoleum
with a ding, like a penny
i see the white and i know therefore
that my fate had come, and i was no longer me
before i rest, i hear a woman shriek at the eyesore
i feel nothing but bad
in fact, i feel deficient
but no longer do i feel my sad
