Gloomy Night
It is a gloomy night, for you can feel the emotion. Gazing up at the sky the moon shines bright down upon us, just as her soul would.
Another night alone. Staring at the harbor alone. Reliving all of the beloved memories alone.
The clouds gaze with the tinted shadow.
The river serves as an anchor to the night.
As the man flashes back to the times when he would walk around the harbor with his wife; stars reappear, showing she is with him tonight.
Cancer took her too soon.
The nights are never the same.
But staring directly into the full moon, the man remembers that she is always with him.
Tonight, tomorrow, for all time into eternity.
This harbor is the anchor.
The moon. The clouds. The water.
They all just prove it.
