“What is Love?”
“What Is Love?”
Love is such an interesting word; and to shorten it up, terror. Love is Terror. Love is whatever we want it to be, unfound, caught in a moment, feeling alive or feeling completely empty. Love is a word so meaningful yet has no true meaning. Everyone's idea of love is different, I guess it’s opinions that make everyone unique in the end.
“What is love?”
Is it the rush of feeling alive? Is it the kind gestures people give us? Is it an excuse of a word so people who feel numb deep down can say they feel something? Is it the old people always walking their dog around the block? Is it wanting? Needing? The fear of not knowing if there's a tomorrow? Is it having feelings that are indescribable; Or feelings too good to be true?
The answer is yes,
because love is whatever we make it to be.
Love is a word thrown around without caution,
Love will be the death of us. Because with life comes death, and what's a life without love, without feeling alive, not knowing what could happen, living like there is a tomorrow; when there might not be.
Love is a dangerous thing,
but people thrive for it, they want it, and if you want something bad enough;
you won’t care how or who you get it from. When people “fall” in love, it’s described as perfect, like the first snowfall of the season or when someone makes your coffee just the way you like it, When all your books are organized by size and color, or when pencil crayons are all in a perfect line.
Love can be anything from willingness to hope to even suffering.
Love can be anything,
And can be showed in many ways
So even when you feel unloved or unwanted
Know love is made up of opinions and beliefs so even when you can’t see it,
it Doesn't mean it’s not there.
