Ian
Ian
By Patrick Mcaboy And Maddie Mcaboy `
There was a calm breeze with light rain
You could see the white caps of the waves as you look out into the lifeless bay
The streets were empty as if everyone disappeared from the world
Sounds of seagulls disappeared
The velocity of the wind got larger and larger
Sounds of airborne debris hitting the side of my apartment.
Feelings lightheadedness set in with the pressure change
Wisales of the wind passing through the doors
Palm trees turning life less as they float away
Boats being flipped over like toys
Cars being dragged away by the strength of the serge
Screams of the wind hitting the side of my building
Sounds of glass shattering
Shards of glass flying around like bullets
Rain beating like a troubled heart
Sounds of building foundation moving
