It Starts and it Ends All in That Park
When I rise, I walk through the park
I listen to people yell and I hear dogs brak
Along the streets I see people stare
And I think to myself that life just ain't fair.
The clothes on my back haven't changed in a week.
But it's a bed and some food that I really seek.
The shelters I been in ain't that bad.
But seeing so many folk like me makes sme sad.
Though I'm a kid with no bed or home,
Suprisingly enough, I'm not alone.
There are many like me with no place to go,
we'll wander around to freeze in the snow.
'Till the time comes when I drop dead,
I'll keep searching 'till I find a bed.
but now I need to go back to the park,
because that where I sleep when it gets dark.
