I never knew
that love could be so blind,
hate could be so fake,
tears can brighten your day-
Until I met you.
Face to face.
The darkness that invades.
I call you
The Shadow of Destruction.
You have been
in Destruction's debris,
You have lived
in Destruction's title.
And now you try to break free.
You cast yourself around
and above me-
hiding me
From your Maker's eyes.
But you
are the shadow of Destruction
and I am the Sponge Of Emotions.
You hold the tears it never saw,
The pain it never felt.
You are made
of the after-affects
of Destruction.
No laughter,
Or reasons to live.
And I slowly,
Steadily,
Absorb it.
Like the sponge that i am.
Others you can hide from it's eyes.
But me?
You only kill me
in a worse way.
You are the parasite;
And I am your prisoner.
The prisoner,
That makes your pain fade.

Thanks :) i'm not always too certain of this, sometimes I think it's a little too deep into imagination- until i remember that it was a feeling at some point :D
