A Crab Has a Shell

A crab has a shell
A snake it can spit
A shark has its teeth
A fox cunning wit
In all of the animal kingdom is found,
Great defenses alike;
From the hawk on the sky,
To the wolf on the ground.
But where do humans
Fit into the equation?
Soft skin and dull teeth not a cause for occasion.
No shell on our backs,
Or claws on our hands,
We out of all are most vulnerable.
