Just another casualty.
It's sad but true.
And even dead I'm still ahead
of most of you.

You sweep across my face
Lift up my chin
Whisper so soft I can barely hear you.
Even though I can't make out the words
I can tell every syllable is important.
You have that effect on me.
You brush your hand across my cheek
and you expose my inner secrets.
I dont want to hold back.
You are as loving and as gentle as you please.
You have that effect on me,
but I guess you can expect that from the breeze.

This is actually about a boy, not the breeze. Just a comparison. :]
