Don't cover me
with that white sheet.

Don't you know
who I am?
And who I'll become?

Don't cover me
with that white sheet.

Don't let me hear
the screams of my mom,
And I don't want to see
my dad's tears.

Don't cover me with
that white sheet.

Don't tell my friends
that i won't be there
on Friday night.

Don't cover em eith
that white sheeet!

I have so much
to live for,
and I didn't realize it
before.

Don't cover me with
that white sheet,
Don't put me in the ground.

This poem was inspired during my driver's ed class (if you've taken the class you know the videos). They're hard to forget... My brother lost one of his best friends in a car accident, and this is for all those who know someone.
