The day she grew up
Once a child with nothing to care
Radiant and sparkling, walked through the street
Innocence dripped from the eyes,
worries at her feet
That had no shoe and were bare
Concealed in the veil of innocence
Hadn't perceived a beastle stare
Felt a strange something in the air
Had all; not just fence
Someone who had saved her from fear
And the stare that got near
The hand that ripped the soul
A butcher tearing it all
Now a girl with lots to bear
Scampers through the alley
Realising every filthy stare
She knows nothing but to shed tears
