I used a program called Picasa 3. Frist i tuned then the photo with the fill light, highlights, and the shadow funtions. Boosted the saturation until the detail of the yellow wall wasnt visible. I added the 1960's, Cross Process, and the Orton-ish effect and tuned them to my liking.
