Just a Thought
I may be American, but I care for more than just the American people.
I don't want people to die, period. Why am I expected to limit my view to my country? I am part of the human race, I care for more than just the safety of those who share the same nationality as me. Everyone matters, without the vast array of people on our planet, wouldn't life be bland? I don't understand how people can hate those that open the door to countless possibilities on our Earth. Without something to disagree with, you wouldn't have an opinion in the first place.
Even when people don't agree with me, I'm happy they don't. In arguments, I'm glad others so passionate about a topic. I don't want to bash something another is passionate about. These types of things are what make society work, someone being passionate about something can lead to a cluster of things.
