Wishes of a Child
In the writing titled "Wishes of a Child" written by Julia Therrien I felt persuaded about the feelings of a child. It left me feeling very touched. This short little story is some what upsetting to me. I feel that no body should ever tell a child, "Don't attempt to chand the world." I feel that a child shoud be encouraged to do something big in this world. Even if you think it is impossible, you shall not hold a child back from his or her dreams. Encourage them. Help them make their dreams come true. Tell them anything is possible. Assure him or her that they can do anything in the world if they put their mind to it. "What if I fail? What if I succeed?" A child should never have to wonder if they will fail. If you think you are going to fail, you have already failed yourself. You have a better chance of being successful if you tell yourself and believe that you can do it. Have confidence in yourself.
