Phones
Phones have caused a problem in society. Excessive cell phone usage can lead to addiction, especially in teens, as well as time wasted on compulsive communication with peers via text messages and phones calls. This problem can lead to accidents such as a car crash. Talking or sending text messages on a cell phone while driving under the influence of alcohol can lead to death. Excessive use of cell phones can also cause teens and young adults to experience restlessness, difficulty falling and staying asleep and increased susceptibility to stress and fatigue. I feel like phones shouldn’t be used excessively, only when needed.
