Physical Education Time
Physical Education Time
Should students have more physical education time?
Yes I do think students should get more physical education time.
I think students should get at least 45 minutes of physical education per day. That is because it helps students relieve their stress. When a student’s stress is relieved they are able to do more things without an attitude.
Also when a student does a lot of exercise they are less likely to participate in alcohol, drugs and robbery.
Furthermore when a student is physically fit he/she is also mentally fit and healthy. When they are those three things it will also be easy for them to avoid depression and they will be able to get more friends easily.
In conclusion when a child has more physical education he/she will be mentally and physically fit. So they will be more likely to succeed in life.
