Know your limits
Everyone and I mean everyone needs to set their boundaries. NO ONE has the right to hurt you in any way. When I say boundaries, I mean both physical and emotional boundaries. You shouldn't let people walk all over you. You deserve respect and you have a voice so don't be afraid to use it. Also, remember that just because someone has hurt you it doesn't mean you have the right to hurt them back. Two wrongs never equal a right.
