Why is this Shocking?
Lolo Jones said "remaining a virgin is harder than training for Olympics" in a recent interview. My question is why is this on the top of Yahoo headlines, shouldn't this be the normal? A young lady saving herself for her future husband without risking pregnancies or STD's. Not to forget the comparisons that could follow. In today's society it's becoming more and more casual to hear 12 and 13 year old girls having sex and experimenting with different substances. Is this really what we want this generation to be recognized by? No wonder why there's TV shows about teenage pregnancy. Why can't there be TV shows that encourage the next generation to do amazing things instead of teaching teenagers and preteens how to make yourself feel good sexually?
